Marco Pierre White and Jim Davidson had a great relationship, but Jim has spoken his mind and was asked to leave.

Jim's departure was unfortunate, I think many people were enjoying his developing relationship with Marco and how it would pan out. (Excuse the pun!) Jim was working hard and enjoying his time in Hell's Kitchen and I think he may have been a finalist had things worked out. Anyway if you missed the live tv and want to see what happened look for the videos on the ITV site. I won't go into it all here as it is reality TV and you know some of what goes on is for public consumption and someone has to win after all. Judge for yourself. Out of all the cooks, Barry McGuigan has shown his mature and balanced approach and speaks alot of sense. Peter Crouch's girlfriend Abigail Clancy is looking good as well!
What about Marco? I think Marco Pierre White has revealed what a diamond geezer he is! A real man, intelligent, caring, ace motivator and we are fortunate in this country to have people of Marco's standing amongst us! Did I mention he is an extremely talented chef (three Michelin Stars!) not to add gifted businessman. Maybe he smokes too much though?
If you are unconvinced of Marco's talent as a chef ~ just read one of his recipes. There are a number of cookbooks available or just read Caterer and Hotel Keeper magazine this week, where you can read his recipe for Lobster with sauce vierge. If you think you know what cooking is all about just read this! Good article with Raymond Blanc and Marco as well!
