The People's Cook Book ~ UKTV Food ~ Friday 16th Feb 07 at 8.00 pm

Antony Worrall Thompson and Paul Rankin tonight are in a farm shop in Devon. Each evening will feature recipes supplied by the British Public. We begin with 60 recipes (6 each program) and reduce them to 30 in a live cook off in front of an audience. A must see!!

Tonight, six recipes start with Antony and Paul cooking and a tasting panel will select three from the six.

The panel tonight is ~ Paul Da-Costa-Greaves (The Gallery Restaurant), Molly Robertson (WI), Amy Groombridge (Presenter Plymouth Sound), Carole Handslip (Cookery Writer) and Steve Hubbard (Lidstone's Butcher).

Starter ~

Judy Goodman ~ Leftover Turkey Pie  ~ Antony

Bernadette Herman ~ Chicken Soup ~ Paul

The winner is Bernadette.

Main Course ~

Dominic Cauldwell ~ Not Entirely Traditional Beef and Guinness Stew ~ Antony

Sarah Thatcher ~ Stuffed Pork with Roasted Squash  ~ Paul

The winner is Dominic.

Dessert ~

Clare Couting ~ White Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake ~ Antony

Marianne Williams ~ Malva Pudding  ~ Paul

The winner is Marianne.
