This week sees James Martin introduce chefs Tana Ramsay and Michael Caines.
Michael Caines is the two Michelin starred Great British chef with restaurants in ABode Exeter, ABode Glasgow and ABode Canterbury and at Gidleigh Park.
Tana Ramsay, is the beautiful and hard working wife of famous UK chef Gordon Ramsay.

Michael Caines' recipe is a Pan fried grey mullet with stir-fried mangetout and shiitake mushrooms with a lemongrass sauce
Tana Ramsay's recipe is Red pepper and apple meatballs with a sweet and sour sauce
- Heaven dish: Iced coffee and honeycomb parfait with a vanilla custard and chocolate-coated coffee beans
- Hell dish: Halibut with lychee, a cashew nut and miso salad
- Indian spiced soft shell crab with a mango chutney
