After her Nigella Feasts program on US tv ~ the Food Network ~ in October 2006, Nigella is being recognised, slowly, in the US. On page 51 of Bon Appetit magazine ~ Nigella presents a number of recipes, including:

Radicchio and Watercress Salad
White Chocolate Mousse with Pomegranate Sauce
Bon Appetit is labelled America's Food and Entertaining Magazine, $3.99.
