Bill Granger is from Oz, he was born in that beautiful city, Melbourne and moved to Sydney where he set up one of what would be three restaurants. He is the number one celebrity chef in Australia and well known for Asian influenced cooking. Check out his website which is filled with information about his background, how he went to Sydney and set up his restaurants in New South Wales.

Bjorn van der Horst is the Chef Patron of La Noisette on Sloane Street, in partnership with Gordon Ramsay Holdings. Bjorn built his reputation in the Greenhouse restaurant in Mayfair and has been in New York as head chef of the Picholine restaurant on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. He was responsible for opening Marlon Abela’s first restaurant in the US, Gaia.
