Shopping ~ Wine, Cook Books, Nigella Lawson, Antony Worrall Thompson and The Great British Menu
There are quite a number of good cookery programs on tv at the moment. UKTV Food is stepping up its production of programs with Antony Worrall Thompson in the People's cookbook, with Paul Rankin showing at the moment. Previous successful tv shows include Nigella's Christmas Kitchen and her Living Kitchen Range is beautiful. The Great British Menu has been an interesting program. The current run of Daily Cooks! has ended ~ but we do have Saturday Kitchen with James Martin and Saturday Cooks! with Antony Worrall Thompson.
After spending some time in the Capital and walking through cookbook stores, I though I should list the most popular cookbooks in London at the moment.
After the very entertaining Oz Clarke and James May wine program, there is a renewed interest in wine programs and books, we have had only a few wine programs so we hope there are more in the pipeline.
I also thought it would be useful to look at some Amazon links to cookbooks, wine books and other kitchen equipment.
