Jamie Oliver ~ Jamie's Chef ~ Program Four ~ 21st Feb Channel 4

Based around The Cock ~ a bistro pub, four graduates from the Jamie's Fifteen Foundation ~ kids who started with nothing, compete to run the restaurant. Jamie started it all in 2002 with Jamie's Kitchen and now has three 'Fifteen' restuarants around the world, in Melbourne, Cornwall and Amsterdam.

Program Four ~

Well Aaron has his work cut out for him. He opens the Cock restaurant but there are a few problems for Aaron and Nicci. First of all there is no menu and then there is an empty pub at luchtime. It was inevitable there would be difficulties and the locals need to be treated well. They don't seem to interested in the wine bar that has been developed in the pub.

Nicci and Aaron disagree on the way the pub should be run and Nicci heads back to London with the family. Jamie makes and appearance to help reunite the family and Nicci returns.

The satffing issues at the pub are problematic and there aren't enough staff, Jamie return to help find a kitchen wash hand. Jamie's dad who runs a pub nearby steps in to guide Aaron.

After these episodes, will we get an update? Perhaps the publicity from the program will promote business around the greater area of Braintree.Apparently the Cock is blossoming and seems to be successful, a number of reviewers travelling to see how the pub is going.
