Great British Menu ~ New Series ~ 2nd April 07 ~ 6.30 BBC2

In this new series 14 chefs compete to create a menu for French gourmands at a banquet to be held in the British Embassy in Paris. There will be a number of weeks, were two chefs will be going head to head ~ again being judged by Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort.

Galton Blackiston's Terrine of ham hock with piccalilli and toasted spelt bread with English mustard butter

Sat Bain's Ham, egg and peas

Tuesday 3rd April:

Day two:

Wild Sea Bass and Lemon Sole.

Wednesday 4th April:

Day Three:

Main Courses.

Thursday ~ See Friday 6th April at 4.00 pm BBC2.

Friday 6th April:

Day Four (at 4.00 pm) and Five (at 6.30 pm).
