Gary Rhodes ~ Rhodes across India ~ Monday UKTV Food

Gary Rhodes visits India with three apprentice chefs and sees Indian cookery firsthand, he notes that the secret of Indian cookery is due to the numerous spices that are cooked first before any other ingredients are added.

Gary cooks so that the flavour of the ingredients all work  together and no one flavour overwhelms the meal.

The series will coincide with the 60th anniversary of India's Independence.
