Nigella offers us food fast ~ note not fast food with clever short-cuts in a 13 part series starting on BBC2 Monday 3rd September 2007 at 8.30pm. Following her own trend for an easy, relaxed approach, food fast is the Nigella we know. Currently, among tv chefs it is the world of fast food (e.g. Gordon Ramsays Fast Food). Nigella, shows us how to cook real-life food (fast) from beakfasts to dinners.

Interestingly Nigella notes every meal she cooks ~ writes down each recipe and photographs the result. So she was able to draw upon this information for this new series and new book. The first program will discover a family supper of roast poussin with sweet potatoes and a sugar snap pea and watercress salad. An after work supper of crispy squid, then mustard pork chops and finally a caramel pudding. Everyday Easy with a roast dinner for her father Lord Lawson and crispy squid for an after work supper.With Nigella's clear guidance we can all be in express mode in the kitchen and serve up fast, delicious food.
