This week sees James Martin introduce chefs Daniel Galmiche and Matt Tebbutt.

Daniel Galmiche is a French chef who is from Lure in the Franche-Comté region of eastern France. He grew up on  a farm and was involved in food and cooking for most of his life. He worked with Yves Lalloz in Luxeil-les-Bains and in Le Gavroche studying the expertise of Michel Roux.

He has achieved a number of Michelin stars, at Harvey's in Bristol, and at the Restaurant L'Ortolan, Reading.
